Journey of the Heart
The Story of Janet McLean
Journey of the Heart is the long-awaited story of Janet McLean. It’s the newest story in the Castleberry Farms Courtship Series. Janet, now 22 years old, has matured and grown in the Lord. Her many longings, struggles and questions require the help of the Lord and her parents.
Will anyone ever want to court her? How should she handle desires for a husband and family of her own? When she finds herself attracted to a young man, what should she do? This is an honest and compelling story of a young woman learning to “wait on the Lord” – something every one of us will face the necessity of doing, on numerous fronts. The main characters in the book are committed followers of Christ and children are strongly encouraged throughout to heed parental counsel and live in obedience to the Lord.
This book is part of The Courtship Series, other volumes of which include:
- The Courtship of Sarah McLean
- Waiting for Her Isaac
- Jeff McLean: His Courtship
