About the Author

Tim Challies is a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband to Aileen and a father to three children. He serves as a pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Toronto, Ontario, and is co-founder of Cruciform Press. Tim is well-known as a Reformed blogger, and has also written two others books: Sexual Detox: A Guide for Guys who are Sick of Porn and The Discipline of Spiritual Discernment.
