It’s often said that the crying need of our times is for a powerful work of the Spirit of God in saving sinners and stirring up the people of God to greater zeal and piety in serving Him.  One can wonder, has there ever been a time when those who love Christ did not yearn for such events?  Some of the writings in this section tell the history of those glorious times when the hand of God came down and the Holy Spirit worked with great power to shake a city, nation, or even a continent.  Others included here will be of a more personal nature, directing you to seek the Lord earnestly until He comes and blesses.  All are sure to warm your heart towards Christ.
