The Journibles

The Journibles are an ingenious idea!  In Deuteronomy 17:18, kings of Israel were commanded to not simply obtain a copy of God’s Law, but to hand-write their own copy themselves.  Centuries later, educators have found that students who write their own notes by hand have a far greater retention rate than they would be simply hearing or reading the words.  Our God knew this long ago! With this idea in mind, the Journibles series was created.  Each book is organized so that you can write your own copy of Scripture. Yes, you are the scribe in these volumes! You’ll write the Bible text on the right hand page of the book. On the left side, you are given space to write your own notes and comments. Plans are for a Journibles volume to be available for every book of the Bible.
